Certified Pre Owned Warranty Extension
I am looking into extending my CPO warranty before it expires later this year.
I have been quoted $4000 for 2 yrs of coverage.
Based on my search over here, shouldn't it be closer to $3000?
Also, I understand, I can buy it from ANY dealer in ANY state. The car has 70k miles and the in service date was Dec 2008.

Extended warranty
I bought my extended warranty from a different dealer in another state. I have used the extended warranty at my local dealer without any issues. The dealer where I bought my car didn't want to budge on the price of the ext warranty so I went elsewhere. Hope that helps!

Try Erin Mahre at Mercedes Benz of Santa Rosa. I bought my 2010 GL 450 at Mercedes of Encino and Erin was able to beat their price by hundreds. Leave her a message, she's really busy but she will call you back.
