Can anyone give me some more details or does anyone have any pictures of the actuator and is a part that can be ordered???

any assistance would be grateful

the motor on this diagram is number (6)

if there is an Actuator what number would it be ???
Is part number 8 the Hall Sensor, or?

I came across this:
while going through an unrelated parts finding mission (always seems to happen to me)

Is the manual release possibly keeping the locks from engaging?

Not sure. Hopefully someone with WIS may be able to confirm.

I appreciate that very much. Unfortunately the right and left Drive Locks are each over $400 at the dealer. I'll find a way to make my seats manual before dropping over $800 for power rear seats.

Like I stated earlier, my 3rd row seats would power up and down and lock in the up position but not lock in the down position. The dealer wanted me to wait two to three hours in their store while they diagnosed the problem. I'm not willing to spend that much time waiting.

So, I did a 3rd row seat search, here going, a ways back and all I can say is OK, OK, OK already. I get it. There is something under the seats...no there isn't...yes there is!!! The operators manual shows you how to very easily pull the plastic panel off the front of the 3rd row seat bottom to gain access to under the seat bottom. Guess what, just like for everybody else with this problem; THERE WAS A MACDONALDS TOY UNDER ONE SEAT AND A CHILD SEAT RESTRAINER COVER UNDER THE OTHER ONE.

You guys think you are so smart...and...you are. All is a-ok now!!!

Thank you very much!!!

Anyone who didnt find stuff under the seat figure this out? My left seat was moving slowly and skipping and wouldn't lock up or down. Close inspection showed damage where the motor is bolted to the frame. (Anyone else think its dumb they attach the motor with one bolt, and the mounting point is a thin plastic collar? If it cracks or loosens at all the motor gets out of alignment. There is clearly another mounting point, I'm going to get another long bolt for that.)
found a used motor, swapped it out. Now the seat moved smoothly but still won't lock. Do I need to change/adjust the hall sensor? Is there a way to test it?

Update, fitted a used seat and it now works properly. Clearly it is the lock or sensor in the seat that goes faulty, but in my case a used seat was cheaper and much faster than buying and replacing the lock mechanism.

junk yard. Suspect in could have made the old one work, the motor I think skipped a tooth (or six) but I couldn't seem to get it synched
