Hello! I Recently saw a very nice looking x164 but with led daytime lights like on the newer models But i though x164's couldn't have those nice led lights

So, my question is i have those big lamps for my daytime lights and was wondering if it is possible to switch them out with the newer led lights?
Is it possible? Would only a Mercedes dealership be able to do it?
I did call the dealership and they said that people who did convert the lights end up having a system error or something like that in their vehicle and they end up removing them
