Hello everyone I replaced my rear air spring shocks on my GL320 now the front looses air after a few minute when i lock the vehicle. When I start it up it rises and when I drive it has a bumpy ride.

No error indicators come on telling me there is a problem. should i replace the front air springs or is this normal for 2008 GL? i didn't see this happen before I replaced the rear.

by the way, when I use the raise vehicle button none of the air springs go down when it's in park turned off ( go figure ) I only have the problem when the vehicle is in normal driving height. Any suggestions are welcome

replace the fronts as well. mine did the same as I replaced the one the was dropping so I just replaced them all. no issues since

Thank you for that info, by the way, who did you purchase your front shocks from and was it difficult to install? Should use one of the companies on Ebay that sells set of two rebuilt for under $1000? or should I go to Mercedes. Lastly how can I tell if my front has ADS or w/o ADS ?

If your vehicle has the off road package, then you'll have an ADS button. If you have no ADS button, then you don't have it. My thoughts anyways.

I got the arnott replacements I spend probably about 800 for all four corners....but I was deal hunting.....sales@blunttech.com just mention bmwm42 reffered you I got the fronts for about 270 each shipped and the rears I got for 130 shipped from an ebay seller. I have the paperwork if you really want to know the company
