GPS Map Update for 09 GL450?
I am looking to update my GPS Map but I can't seem to find this DVD anywhere on ebay? I see many for model year 07-08 but not 2009. Which disc do i need or is this something i have to go to dealer to update?
Not even sure where the dvd would go. Does it update through the hard drive in the dvd changer or is there a dedicate drive for the GPS in the trunk somewhere?

On my '08 (may be different than yours), when I eject the main screen (open), there are two slots. One says "CD Audio", the other says "DVD/Nav". My GPS Map DVD goes into the DVD/Nav slot. I do not have a DVD drive in the rear of the vehicle, nor anywhere else. Again, yours could be different, but if you have the same slots behind the screen...
I would "assume" that your manual would have the instructions? There's places to download them on the internet, too. I have the original manual, but I recall that I was able to find the online one through googling. Maybe it was through MB's website?

You are going to have to be vigilant on surfing eBay. They come up once in a while and looked like this. I looked for a 2015 GPS update in 2016 but was only able to find 2014 or something like that. They come and go because the OEM disc can upgrade countless machines/vehicles. They get passed around.
