anyone put 305/45-20s ?
Hello, I found this tire size very close to the oem diameter, question is has anyone tried these on and how did airmatic respond to them ? Did the ride get uncomfortable not that it's already pleasant lol ... I feel our trucks need some more meat in the tires to handle little better and brake better but I don't want wife to rant all the time about harsh ride lol
Pls advise thanks

Stock size is 275/50/20 - I want to stay as close as possible diameter wise, 305/45/20 is matching pretty good.. I dont want to go 22' route, its a diesel and sluggish as is I dont want to add weight

That's a 285/35/22, a 40 series would be fine, as others have said. When you have, key word, air suspension, it soaks everything up and is magic.

guess it doesnt work on amg rims hear those are constantly getting cracked when going over pot holes. your rig looks nice almost like mine except i have the the chrome roof bars

Oh, that's not mine, lol. That's just a pic of the style rim I like. Trying to decide still on the perfect one. It will be a 5 star style though, in 22x10.5 front and rear.
I have the chrome roof rails, but I don't have the cross bars, and I want them! I saw a GL with them and it's crazy how much more TOUGH it made the truck look.
