Stuck piston in caliber in GL550

My wife's 2011 GL550 with 145K miles right rear brake is rubbing with the rotor during driving and generate quite a bit of heat and wear. I just had the all pads and rotors replaced few months ago but the right rear brake has worn 40-50% already. I am planning on replacing the caliber/piston and new pads. I assumed I can do this as DYI and I don't need any programming from the dealers Diagnostic computer. The new caliber from pelican part is around $220. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated

or you can remove the caliper, remove the pistons, clean the gunk, lubricate as needed and be good to go
