Thanks! I ended up buying an aluminum adjustable ball mount hitch because my diesel Cayenne did not come with air suspension and will need to adjust hitch for tongue weight if used in that vehicle..

If you have the factory hitch, just fit the proper ball mount and then a 7 to 4-pin (UHaul) electrics adapter.
If you don't have the factory hitch (or any hitch), well I wouldn't let anyone close to a Mercedes that doesn't have Mercedes experience and the intent to use Mercedes parts. It will be at least $2K at a dealer.

Uhauls around me use LED lighting. The computer can be coded for EITHER LED or incandescent... not both at the same time. It's a strange setup with that we can't make that switch ourselves through the dash display. I have mine set for incandescent and then use a "fooler" adapter for when I trailer with LED lights.
You said you need the hitch... as mentioned, make sure someone QUALIFIED does the install. Does a "SAM" (or whatever it's called" need to be added, as well?
OR... do you mean you already have the "hitch" and just needed to buy the "draw bar"?

if you have a factory hitch you need a special 7 to 4 pin adapter for the uhaul trailer because of their led lights. If you dont either it wont work or do all kind of crazy stuff.
I got this for the yearly homedepot/uhaul mulch haul.
It works, even though it will still say light out in the dash.
