Battery drain overnight

Battery drain overnight
Hello guys, I'm having a problem of a electric drain overnight with my GL 350 2010. Goes from 12.4 to 10.8 or less in 10 hours and I have to boost the car to start.
New battery, alternator OK, tested and removed all the fuses with the AMP tester and there are ok(Parasitic test).
The AMP test give me 0,4 and around each 10 sec goes up to 2,8. It's cyclic, up and down each 10 secs.

The only way to stop this was removing center connector in the rear SAM but with this a lot of functions are disabled too.
I suspect is related to the air matic suspension. When I reconnect the battery, lock the car, AMP tester connected, after 5 to 10 min I can hear a some kind of compressor sound in the engine and after that the up and down electrical consumption start.
Any clues ? ?
Could be a defective SAM?

OMG ,its like Chasing a ghost when one tries to find a short in system somewhere. Wishing you luck.
If you think it is compressor, you can try to disconnect compressor fuse (big orange one) and/or compressor relay (light green next to fuse). And see if it still uses excessive amps.
the usual technique is to disconnect the systems (take out the fuse) one by one and finding the culprit system that drains a lot of Amps. But it is not an easy find usually. Depends on how much time vs money you got.

Oh, OK, I misunderstood - I thought the sounds was happening every 5-10 seconds. I know what you mean about needing a priest - electrical gremlins can be real buggers. In the past, when something like this has stumped me, I've done the same thing that TX mentioned... just start pulling fuses one at a time. You'll find it - SOME fuse has to control it!

Maybe one of the doors sensor that is not working, if one of then send the message that the door is open, although it is closed, this maintains the electrical system of the car activated consuming the battery.
