Headlight Adjustment - Screw Overscrewed?

I was adjusting my 2009 GL450 headlights, as I was adjusting the vertical screw, and was close to perfect, I turned once more and the headlight dropped. What did I do? What can I do to adjust? I have tried continuing to turn, but nothing happens.
