Car wont start

I unplugged the negative terminal on my battery for about five minutes. I hooked it back up and when I went to start the car everything turned on each ignition position did what it was supposed to do except when I went to turn the car on there was nothing. No clicking, no trying to crank or turn over at all. Has anyone ever had this happen? Before you ask the battery is good and the car was running just fine until I unhooked and rehooked up the battery.

That is strange. Most likely, an issue unrelated to battery being unhooked temporarily, is causing the problem. Why did you disconnect the battery? Did you try to jump start it from another car? Starter relay?

I just checked the battery voltage on the cars message system and it's only 10 or 11 volts could that be the problem? Not enough voltage for the starter? I didn't try jumping I have it a trickle charger now. I checked the starter relay and it seems to be funtioning probperly. I unhooked battery because I replaced the airmatic compressor and valve block and was thinking it would do a ECU reset of some sort. That was obviously a mistake.

anything less then 12v could be a culprit.
usually people just take off airmatic relay for that kind a work and it serves the purpose.
I am sure that trickle charger will work. Best it to jump start it and it will charge much more faster.
what is the manufactured month/year on your battery?

Your car is probably on last few months of its 2nd battery if we do the math from 2008

Fixed!

So I had multiple issues the original issue was the airmatic system was not working and that's what lead to the battery issues. After troubleshooting the airmatic system I found the valve block seemed fine and the pump was working. Turns out the issue for the airmatic was bad wiring to the Sam that controls the airmatic system. The issue I had with the car not starting after I disconnected the negative battery terminal under the passenger seat wound up being fixed by replacing the front passenger fuse block. When the key was on that block started smoking so apparently there was some bad wiring at the block. Replacing the fuse block and fixing the wire at the Sam and a fuse relays replaced and the car is working fine now. Thank you all for the input.
