Cheap and Manhattan never goes hand in hand. You would be better off finding a place in the outer boros, unless you can find a place up in the Heights.

sure right about that.. There's Nothing Cheap in Manhattan. Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens would be your best bet and even so once they see you pull up in a Benz prices gets Double some places.. :-)

What do you need done? Is it convenient for you to take Metro North from Grand Central? My tennis buddy owns a body shop in Bridgeport and will be very competitive...
