Face Lift GL 320 2007 to GLE
Hi everyone.. Just bought an 2007 GL 320 in 70.000 km.. mechanically its in a good condition.
but as it has age I want to update its looks.
I saw this Youtube account which updates ML166 to an GLE https://youtu.be/fMdPd2MtS3Q
I am wondering if anyone knows if I can do the same to My GL 164

Eren, welcome. The example you gave, changing an ML to a GLE, was done on a single platform, the W166 platform. You are asking to update an X164 GL to an X166 GLS. This is not possible, in a strict sense.

until now I bought 21” amg rims (they are lovely)
Bought a Alpine ılx-f903d music system with car play and back camera (this is a very nice unit)
painted all interior trims to jet black..
made a ton of esthetic touchups
now I will buy the x166 side mirrors for x164

after all this my goal is to change the steering wheel to an s class wheel. I hope someone did this before..
and finally to find the x166 chrome spoiler under front bumper.
