I got a new Audi and these wheels didn't my newer car, so I put some used Goodyear Wranglers on them and put them on the wifes ride. I think they look pretty good. They are Volk TE37 reps, which I love, kinda pissed they don't fit my new car.
I am too old to be on these forums. But since you posted I will answer… Some of the worst looking combo of loud tire and ugly wheels.. sorry but like I said I am old… like really quite tires and old man rims
What?! You're crazy, those are Volk TE37's, one of the most classic wheels styles out there. They're classics buddy, they are even in video games!! haha
I know, everyone has their own opinion, that's why cars are so great, everyone can have their own style, however they like.

The wheels might look nice on a jacked up jeep but that’s a Mercedes 😂

I'm going to have to agree, while the wheel itself is a nice wheel, (to me) they do not look good on the MB, nor does that rubber.

If we were to go by the sentiments of the people in the country that designed the vehicle, to them the appropriate parallel would be "Jacked up Taxi" since that's the general view of a Mercedes in Germany. They marvel at how much Americans value their Taxis in much the same way we'd marvel at them if they were to be willing to pay a premium for a Dodge (And yes they do pay a hefty premium for a Dodge). But then again, considering our GL's are the direct decendents of the infamous W163 (aka Alabama Trashcan) perhaps Jeep isn't a stretch? In any event, our GL's are now 13-18 year old teenagers and they generally tend to want to dress themselves by that age.

My new favorite tire is Firestone Destination and yes they are on my 2011 GL550 with AMG 166 rims. 275/55/19

I find all Mercedes forums, compared to BMW and Porsche forums for example, are severely lacking in any technical knowledge because most Mercedes owners "take it to the dealership" for MB genuine only wiper blades and blinker fluid.

And, with so many searches, still can not find the blinker fluid nor the part number for replacement muffler bearings.

Thanks for the 🤣 😂. Take a few minutes and read some technical advice. You might be surprised at the in depth knowledge on the MB forums.
