Zeibart/underbody rust proofing good idea?

Have no idea if this is a good idea or not for an incoming GL550.
We salt heavily here in the Midwest and our 2007 GL450 has some evidence of rust on the mufflers at least.
Just wanted to do it before any road salt gets at the undercarriage if recommended.

if they drill the vehicle than no I would not recommend it. I know there is a product that protects against salt and also gives it a bit of sound deadening as well ( tar like product) instead of the water like product that they drill and spray into the cerevisiaes.
