Hello All,
I'm hoping one of you might be able to answer my question...
Is it possible to change the temperature scale from Fahrenheit to Celsius? I was able to do so on my W221 with a compact3, but apparently the X166 isn't accessible via the same machine. Is the dealer able to do this? Is the dealer able to add languages, as well?

There are at least 4 different temperature indicators that I can think of:
1) climate control dials - would require replacing the dials with non-US, or putting a sticker over them.
2) climate control panel - This is digital and indicated both in the bar below and on the COMAND screen. I am not aware of how to change this, but I would expect non-US vehicles show Celsius, so must be programmable somehow, but I'm not aware of a user preference.
3) engine temperature. This is a hard painted temperature scale, it would require replacing with a non-US version
4) outside air temperature. This is in the dash console, and is digital, but I'm not aware of a user preference to change that, but again a non-US model would show Celsius.

I apologize for not being more clear. I was referring to the outside temperature that's on the middle of the instrument cluster.
