GL550 offer any good?
After 4 days of back and forth this is the offer I got from a local dealer on '15 Gl550 (most option - Blk with porcelain interior)
MSRP: $98000
$4K off MSRP (took some work)
36 Month lease: $1628 (0 down) - Money factor .00250 and residual is $54,930
24 Month lease: $19xx (0 down-dont have the exact number with me)
Also they would take my wife's 2010 X5M 60Kmiles for $40K (other dealers were 5 k lower )
I think I can get a little more out of them but not much more, what do you guys think?

Picked up my GL350 (ordered in Sept) last week. MSRP $84,300.....selling price $78,750. Numbers and deals on GL550 will be a bit tighter due to availability.

Congratulations anothercar. Sounds like you got a good deal. However, read this:
My car is at the dealership today! Ready for pickup.
Ended up with an offer of 3.5% off MSRP.
I was satisfied with that....but realize I could do much better. I messed up by not negotiating at the time of order.
Got to the finance part of things and got stuck on the indemnity agreement. Basically, if I lose my job, get pregnant, have any financial situation, or any other reason under the sun and decide I don't want the car, I am legally responsible for who buys the car, and what they decide to do with it....for the first year!
So MB wants me to keep the car for a year, and if I decide, for whatever reason that I don't want it, I have to BEWARE who I sell the car to. If the car is exported within the first year, by me, or any third party, I could potentially be liable for attorney fees, chargeback fees, and any other fees MB deems applicable.
I got so stuck on this, I left the car right where it was sitting.
Here's the thing, I may not like this car after two months. Then what? Maybe the torque isn't enough (I also own brand new 460 hp Corvette). Maybe the color is all wrong (black). I can't stand that the headliner is light grey. UGH. I may decide, I am ready to sell this thing. I DON'T TRADE VEHICLES....never have....more $ in my pocket to sell outright. Anyway, I find a buyer...on eBay or Craigslist or even AutoTrader. If that stranger decides to export the car, I am in big trouble.
Who agrees to this? I MUST be missing something.
