Are any of these fuses accessory type?

Trying to find a convenient fuse that is accessory type, i.e. on only when the car is on (e.g. Cigarette lighter). Are any of these fuses located on the right side of the dash accessory type? They are : A/C module/blower rear pass 2nd row/central display/diagnostic socket/driving assistance pkg/lane tracking pkg/heated steering wheel. I've used a circuit tester - they all light up indicating powered with the engine off, but I'm not sure if that is due to the door being opened.

Update: am confused because with the ignition off, the fuse for the heated steering wheel (#11) is constant on when tested with a circuit tester, altho if I try to turn it (heated wheel) on, it will not do so until the ignition is turned on. I would think that the fuse would not show power if I am unable to turn the heated wheel on. Fwiw Lane Tracking pkg and Driver Assist pkg share fuse #11. Any thoughts?
