Front Wheels lean inward?

Is it normal for the front wheels to lean slightly inward at the top?

See this pic I got online. Its not my GL but I can see the slight inward lean in this photo.

If you search Google for "negative camber" you'll find what you're looking for.

Tilting the wheels like that improves handling, but your tires won't wear as evenly.
