Is this a good offer for GLS?

My 3-year GL450 lease is about to expire, received a letter from local dealer regarding an offer to 2017 GLS450:

- Upgrade today and forget about your $595 lease deposition fee.
- $2000 off the sticker price.

Should I take the bait? Thanks
