In market for 2013/2014 CPO GL450

Hello All,

I am looking to purchase my first MB and decided to go with a CPO 2013/2014 GL450. Is it a good decision to go with 2013 GL450 model's? Just trying to find overall feedback of 2013 vs 2014's. I am trying tobe within 38K price range and only options i have are 2013's.

Please suggest.

Thanks!

From your other post ..

Right off the bat, it doesn't have the lightning package, which means you are rolling around in halogen lights at night. The bi-xenon is not all that great in the GL, but at least it is something. With LED being more frequent in the last few years, I would not drive a GL with halogen having driven cars with HID for more than 10 years.

Also, the in service date is May 2013. So you are at the end of the factory warranty. Basically you have 1 more year to go until May 2018 it being a CPO.

Other things like no leather (if you prefer leather) and no appearance package doesn't help either. The VMI is void of any info. For CPO process, it looks like they may have put in new tires (it says mount and balance and tire disposal fee), but no mention of Service "B" being performed. Nothing on brakes. Looks like carfax says the 30k service was done around 36k miles. Very diligent of the previous owner

But if you are stuck on the $38k price, it may be hard to find a nicely equipped vehicle.

Does everyone dealer provide AutoiPacket Or only a few ? If they don't have AutoIpAcket, what should i be asking for to know the repairs done on the vehicle ?

Then again when your budget is $38k, your options may be limited. Kinda like bottom of the barrel GL. Perhaps something in the $45k range would be ideal.
