Turn signals not working intermittently

Just when my 3rd row seats finally seem to be fixed after 6 or 7 times in for warranty work, I'm feeling good about the car again, and now several times the turn signal stops working and all the alerts come up on the dash about Blind Spot, Active something something not working. Anyone else?

It went in for a day and they claimed they found a code and fixed it, but the very next day on a trip up to LA where I really need turn signals and it all happened again. Cycled car on and off and they're back.

Now it's back in service center. I am tired of all the money I spent on this car and I feel like I spend all my days in a loaner from MB!

Hi, I'm facing a similar problem. Could you please tell what turned out to be the issue with the seats?

I will check with my service rep and get back to you. I've forgotten what it was that finally fixed them because they replaced just about everything eventually.

This is what the data said from the repair:

1. CORRECTION: FUNCTIONT TEST 3RD ROW SEATS AND 2ND ROW SEATS SEVERAL TIMES
2. ORIG .UNABLE TO CONFIRM CUSTOMER CONCERN OF THE 3RD ROW SEATS
3. INTEMITTENTLY INOP.TEST FOR CODES VIA SDS-FOUND STORED FAULT
4. CODE-B25E71C-MALFUNCTION IN 3RD ROW SEAT MOTOR.PERFORMED
5. GUIDED TEST OF FAULT CODE.INSPECT 2ND ROW AND 3RD ROW SEAT
6. HARNESSES AND ROUTING=CORRECT/OK.INSPECT CONNECTORS AND
7. PERFORMED ACTUATIONS OF SEAT MOTORS WHILE MONITORING VALUES.
8. =SWITCH ACTUATED/NOT ACTUATED WHEN BUTTON PRESSED.
9. PERFORMED SOFTWARE CHECK=NO NEWER SOFTWARE.REPLACED LEFT AND
10. RIGHT 3RD ROW SEAT ACTUATING MOTORS.OPERATE SEVERAL TIMES
11. AFTER REPAIRS WITHOUT FAULT.ERASE DTC MEMORY.
|12. PERFORMED LI91.22-P-059388

So it seems they replaced actuating motors. They had tried other things before, like consoles, or something, but this is what finally fixed it.

Good luck. It was a real pain to not be able to rely on its being a true 7-seater when we needed it to be.

Thanks a lot for getting me this info

I had to take mine in couple of times to get it sorted out. They replaced the control module and the motors, but it still didn't function properly. Finally they have fixed them, and they seem to be working fine for now. I hope they don't bother me again, because its not cool at all

Hi Guys,

I’m having the same issue with with my turn signals randomly not responding while hazards still work, but also have the blind spot assist intermittently going in and out while driving. Only difference is turning car off, then back on will reset turn signals. Can you clarify what ended up being the fix for you? Much appreciated.
