My GLC
Finally got to drive a GLC this weekend. Really liked it. I was impressed how much affect the agility control has. I had already ordered one, but I switched my color from Dakota Brown to Diamond Silver -- as much as I liked the brown, I was afraid it didn't go well with the black Designo interior.
My order: GLC 300 4Matic Diamond Silver metallic Designo Black interior Premium package MB-Tex covered dashboard Illuminated star Blind Spot Assist Lighting package Multimedia package Build date is last 10 days in January, with delivery towards end of February. Does that sound right -- about 30 days from the build date? |
I think 30 days from build date may be a tad optimistic, depending on where you are located. Based on the options you listed, I'm guessing the US. It get's built in Bremen. Then it goes to the port. Then it's assigned to a ship. Waits for the ship. Get's loaded on the ship. Takes a leisurely boat ride. Docks at the port. Clears customs. Goes through VPC. If anything's wrong, it gets fixed at the VPC. Is assigned to a truck. Get's on the truck. Takes another ride to your dealer. Get's prepped by the dealer. Then it's delivered to you.
