Hi,

I am in the process of negotiating a lease deal on GLC with one of the dealers in MA. Below the dealer offer.

MSRP $44,575
Sale Price $41650

36m, 10K $502 + TAX= $536 w $1,300 Total Due

I am trying negotiate for the below price/lease amount
MSRP: 44,575
Buying Price: 40,075
Monthly payment: $459 (including taxes)
Period/mileage: 36months/12000 per year
Down: $1300 ( all fees included)

Can you guys tell me what should I settle for?

I would settle for $500/month sign and drive with tax in the payment. At pick up coming in with just $500 and DMV fees. Not a penny more. Your car build is a lower priced GLC and should be no more than I am quoting.
My friend just picked up a BMW X3 with a list price of $48,000 and is paying $528/month sign and drive. At pick up she gave$528 and DMV fee of $250. Tax was in the payment.
Good luck.

When leasing cars, I used Edmunds townhall site to look up leasing numbers (MF, residual, etc). For the month of December, the MF is .00166 with 60 percent residual on a 36months/12k per year lease (US cars). Hope this help

2016 GLC300
Please also note if you do Autopay, the MF is reduced by 0.00010, which in the case for this month, it becomes 0.00156

Please post residual and money factor (MF) information. That will help us figure out exactly what your payment should be. Edit: Make sure the dealer is giving you the same numbers posted available. Residual + base MF.

I'm trying to find the MF and residual for a GLC300 on a 36 month, 15k per year lease, but don't know how to find it. Can anyone help with that?

A moderator in the edmunds forums said 0.00166 for Jan. If accurate that MF could be 0.00156 if you do direct pay from checking/banking.

A dealer I know told me it was 0.00176 for Jan with direct pay but he's kinda lazy and doesnt really care all that much if he's passing along accurate info. My guess is he's prob wrong.

Both sources, however, put resid at 60% for 36 months
