Screeching Brakes on the GLC

I was wondering how you guys are doing with the new updated brake pads and rotor,
I want to update my situation
I have replaced the new rotors and pads for my front and rear, but after 10 days of driving, the noise is back.
The noise is not very consistent but when it comes, it is loud as usual.
I would say noise comes about 1/3 times.
However, I know for sure that when temp drops, it will be 100% loud noise.
I talked to my dealer, they told me that I am the first one who actually came back with the issue with the new brake pads and rotors.
Any of you guys having the issue?
This sucks.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

I still cringe when backing up, bracing myself for the squeal. I have to recondition myself.
Loving the silence. No difference in their performance.

Let me clarify my situation. My wife took delivery of her GLC300 in April of 2016. By July (yes mid summer heat here in NJ) the brakes were screeching. Took it in for service and they sent her home with the 'its just brake dust' story. By fall, it was a well known problem and I just accepted that we needed to wait for new parts. I'll skip ahead a few months and finally in April of 2017 the final version of the corrected pads/paste etc were replaced on both front and rear. Ohh happy days. That lasted exactly 10 days. Brought it back to dealer. They kept the car for 4 days and could not replicate it. They asked me to record a video which would help them to escalate. Fair enough. However, a few weeks passed and there was no screeching. Ugh. Now again every day this week the brakes have been screeching (only when backing up). So now the video is going to the dealer and we'll see what the next steps are.
Btw, I'm taking delivery of an AMG GLC43 Coupe next week. Its on the water now. I'm cringing just thinking about what will happen with those brakes ! Haha
I'll post another update on the GLC300 saga as it progresses.
Anyway, if you have brake noise issue, bring it in asap. MB won't honor it if it passes the 12K.

At my initial visit to the dealer service department, upon talking to an underling service advisor, he advised that based on excessive mileage I would be required to pay for replacement of the noisy pads. Pleading my case got me nowhere. So I stepped down the hall and engaged the service manager. After discussing the issue he told me, not to worry, they would work something out.
Several weeks later the new brake pads arrived and were installed. I arrived to pickup my vehicle and upon receiving my keys and invoice, I was happy to see the invoice total cost column notation was $zero. I made it a point to thank the service manager.
Of note is the service advisor is no longer in the dealer's employ.
Seems my dealer is more customer oriented than leepjojo's.

This seems to be the biggest issue with the GLC.
But in Consumers Reports there is a full red dot (i.e. excellent) for the 2016 GLC brakes.

Yeah, if a dealership was going to try to charge me for something that is clearly a design fault, there would be holy hell to pay. I'd bring that up with corporate for sure @leepjojo. Also make sure to slam them on the dealer survey they send out if you get one--that matters a lot.
Leepjojo, I think that dealer was ripping you off, trying to make some extra money. I would report them.
