I'm in Melbourne and I got 10% off my GLC43 (fully specced except for DINAMICA steering wheel and Designo nappa leather)

I was offered either 10% off a '17 GLC 43 or 6% off a MY18 order.. went with the order and had them throw in a couple hundred bucks of extras.
Does anybody know when Mercedes Benz typically releases the pricing for vehicles prior to the release of the following model year? My build is scheuled in a month.. would be nice to know what the numbers actually look like.

I'm in Phoenix, AZ. I went to a local Penske MB dealership. The advisor I worked with pretty much also shrugged, said mid to late May. I'm hoping relatively soon since they're producing next month.

I'm going to guess that pricing will hit the website around the same time as the dealers know, right? I can't really imagine there being much of a disconnect.
That being said, I hear 5-10% off msrp is pretty standard

I would have guessed that dealers would find out before hand on their guides before its posted to the website. I would imagine MB would keep '17 on the website to help push out sales on that model year until '18s are actually delivered. Then they might start updating the site. But what do I know.

Yeah I certainly don't know, just guessing. A friend works at a Nissan dealership and they don't know anything until everyone knows. Just figured it would be the same with MB

I have an 18 GLC AMG 43 on order. To avoid the haggling, we agreed on $1000 over invoice in writing & they will show me the invoice. I thought this was fair & avoided unknowns for myself & the dealer. I just hope the invoice on the 18s does not go up very much.

The pricing was just released yesterday for my MY18 GLC43, went up about $500 give or take from the 17's in terms of MSRP.. not sure how that translates to change to any increase in invoice.

Tende...you can confirm MSRP with the MB dealer you have placed the order with - and please understand as Euro delivery you do NOT pay US Destination Charge which is included in US MSRP... so in addition to your models savings - Euro Program shipped to your US dealer do not pay the $995 US Destination Charge

Finally pulled trigger
Hi All, Just wanted to update this forum. Finally bought a in-stock GLC300 with P03 premium package from a Southern California dealer. This beauty queen has Heated front seats, 19" 5 spoke wheels, Burmester Surround audio, Advanced parking assistance, Panorama roof, All season tires, Air Body Control Air suspension (ABC). This one had all the options we wanted plus ABC.
Got 10.45% off on MSRP including fleet discount after couple of back and forth emails on price.
Drove back the car today (5 hours!!).. The drive was very smooth and fantastic.
Even though we started off the search with P02 package with certain exterior/interior color combinations, ended up with P03 package. It was so hard to get GLC with P03 in California. There were only few last week in the entire state and hardly anything coming in. Most of the bay area dealers wanted MSRP or offered only $500-1000 off, including fleet discount
Did you guys buy MB New Vehicle Extended Limited Warranty? I was offered $500 discount on $4500 package (7 year, 75000 miles). Is it worth?
Update: Finance guy finally reduced the extended warranty price to $2200 from $4K (7 years 75K miles) after I provided him some links on lower price. I know its slightly higher based on the research I have done on mbworld but its not way high now. Next one to search for PM.
Thanks everyone for tips, insights, and negotiation tricks.. You guys rock.

I would definitely get ELW if you keep car greater than 4 years. I would shop the price.

10.4% off of MSRP is a great deal for a P03 Goldstar. I think we're now getting in the best deals of the season. Now through Aug. when the 2018 GLC will arrive.
Now for the P01 and P02 GLC300, I suspect the discount will be much less, maybe 5%.

Probably it depends on the market. Few (volume dealers) in Los Angeles area were offering 7 to 8% discount in the first offer itself for P01/P02 models.

another newb to this site and to mercedes..
after some pretty aggressive back and forth, i got offered 3.7% off msrp + accessories for a '17 glc 4matic suv.
Seems a little low to me? They showed me their invoice and theres only a 5.4% difference between invoice and MSRP and refuse to go anywhere near invoice because of the high demand for this vehicle. That being said and I don't know how valid this is, the Truecar average reported is <1% off MSRP and the most off is <2%. Any insight on if I would get lucky with some other dealership in this area - I'm totally willing to travel if thats what it means..or maybe I should just take this offer? I just want to feel like I got a deal but everyone on here seems to be getting upwards of 5-10%..lol

If you are willing to go to the Washington DC area you should be able to get 5-8% off. PM me and I will give you my SA at Euro Motor Cars in Germantown, MD.
