I have a 250d on order here in the uk and was wondering if the suspension lowers slightly when in sport+ mode? Im sure i read it somewhere but not sure if its and optional extra.

only if you have the air body control. The standard suspension is static and not adjustable

As per the other post - air suspension yes. Love the hissing sound when you've had a good drive, get back home, talk to the neighbours on the driveway and then the car slowly pumps the suspension back up

on the topic about the AMG Line Sport Suspension, can anyone share what does it consist of? A firmer rated shock absorber? Is the spring different from stock?

Any difference in ride height compared to the normal Agility Control suspension?

I took delivery of my GLC 250D AMG line yesterday. 20" wheels and run flats. A recipe for disaster? Nope! Just love the ride and, importantly, so does the Mrs. I graduated from a C Class AMG so I'm well used to a firm ride.

Is the spring shorter and stiffer than stock? Is your car lower than stock Agility Control Suspension?

Some say the sport suspension is fixed rate system while ACS is variable. What do you think?

It's certainly fixed - I don't have air - and the AMG line is stiffer. I'm not sure regarding ride height differences.

Agility Control is the base comfort biased steel spring/shock absorber setup.
Do you happen to have test driven the base suspension to compare it with the AMG Line suspension?

I've only had the car for two days and can't claim any expertise regarding specs. But I do know that the AMG line suspension is stiffer than the other GLC lines. Having owned a CLK and then a C Class estate, both AMG line, I didn't like the comparative softness of the GLC Sport demonstrator at all.
