Aftermarket trailer hitch

Has anyone had an aftermarket hitch installed? I ordered a GLC 43 AMG with
Advance Parking Assist Package and was not able to add the hitch from the factory, so I was hoping it was possible to add one after delivery. Apparently there is an issue with the Hands-free Package and hitch.
