GLC43 - 12V sockets

How many 12V sockets do you have in you GLC43s?

I'm surprised not to find one in the arm rest! Were there different options to chose from?

I have one in the front and the other one in the trunk (boot)... Only 2

2016 GLC 250d AMG pack, 2017 GLC Coupe 250d AMG pack , 2002 BMW 330Ci convertible, 2021 BMX X1 sD20i
Same in Australia, GLC, 220, 250 and Coupe 220, 250.
Agree very poor, given dependant on phones, dash cams, rear fridge, etc.
Kids in back are high power users. USB or power sockets are part of everyday life now.
Assume 43 is same formula too.
I will be researching aftermarket hard wire addons for front and back seats.

Happy to receive info and links to aftermarket options to investigate or purchase from readers.

Thanks

The manual shows a 12V socket for the back seats in the middle lower part of the arm rest. It's not there though :/

Any info for hardwire will be appriciated as well! Might as well do that for the dash cam.

I know you can charge phones off the USB ports but I have a special dash charger for my phone and requires 12V socket...

Very very slow
There is a 12v socket and a 115v ac outlet (2 prongs), just below the air vents for the rear seats.
This picture is from my Canadian spec GLC43.

In US the rear outlet comes as part of P1 package

In Australia the back section you have photo of is empty and hollow.
No door flap, just a small rubber tray ! AHHH !
Possibly due to fact we have 230v, the photo has a 115v outlet that must have a power inverter somewhere hidden and a 12v outlet.
No reason for other international sales MB could have put in a dual USB ports as well as 12v plug.
Very disappointed as out GLC is virtually fully spec and "loaded" with everything except air suspension or off road pack, go figure !@?!"
As a very populated TVad says down here......"NOT HAPPY JAN" ....

There is a 230V option as well... It's just weird that it's probably an OPTION! WTF...

The only solution I see (at least for myself) is to get an extension and pull the 12V in from the boot to plug in the dash cam.
