New 2018 GLC Coupe Owner
 

Good morning all,

I am ecstatic to say that I just picked up my first Benz. It is a 2018 GLC Coupe.
Night package was unavailable at the time so my dealer had my wheels painted exactly like how they are in the night package.

I am taking care of her but getting unusually bad gas mileage of 16.5 mpg after having it for one week so far. Is this normal?

Taking care of her how? Surely not with a lead foot? It all depends on how and what kind of driving you do. In town short stop-start journeys will be a killer. High revs well also affect your mpg. Congrats on the ride, hope you're really enjoying it.

Ah, I've been doing alot of NYC driving with traffic and forgot to turn off stop-start journeys. That must be it.

in nyc driving and even with stop-start being on, I get about 16.5-18.5. On longer trips with just highway I get about 26-27mpg
