Exclamation Lease Deal? 2018 GLC300

Hello. I am about to sign a lease on a 2018 glc300 & I'd appreciate any feedback.
MSRP $51,915 (includes $995 destination & delivery) - the car is loaded with options
Not sure what price the dealer is going off of for the lease deal
36 months-10k miles/year
I have 4 payments on my current mercedes lease left which dealer said would be taken care of to get the new car. Currently pay $420/month including tax on c300.
1ST PAYMENT / LICENSE FEE / DOC FEE / $795 ACQ FEE = $2024 DUE AT LEASE SIGNING
$534.78 PLUS TAX = $585.58 / MONTH

Money factor is 0.00112
57% residual
I'm in Southern California.

Does this sound like a good deal? Thanks in advance.

What do you mean dealer is taking care of your remaining payment. Are they buying the car? I would make sure the dealer is not adding the remaining lease payment on to your new lease (they can do that w/o you knowing if you don't read and understand the fine prints in your contract). I would make sure that you do two transactions as opposed to combining into one.

Dealer may be inflating MF I think it should be .00099 in May 2018 for RWD. You need to ask for cap cost (selling price) I would expect at least 12% off MSRP.

If you can, you may want to consider MSD. Each MSD lowers MF by .00007 - Up to 10 MSD I believe. By depositing $6,000, you can save about $2,000 during your lease term.
