Glc factory choices
Currently in another glc loaner; and I noticed on the window sticker that the final point of assembly was Pune, india.
I knew that the glc for the US market were built in finland and Germany ; but didn't know the glc for the US market was also built in India! Is it a glitch? Or are other peoples glcs also from India?! |
India GLC production for the US market began in Sept 2018.
This move was a direct result of the American Tyrant (*cough* President's) imposed tariffs. https://economictimes.indiatimes.com...w/65958454.cms |
Brandon - I fixed your comment for you :')

I'm going to inject a quick plea that we confine ourselves to direct discussion of GLCs in this subforum. If you want to talk politics, there are countless other places to do such. Please don't do it here.

It was just a tongue and cheek quip. American's poke fun at Canadian's quite frequently... Just having some fun with your tanned Leader. But since we are apparently not allowed to have any form side topics in here - im glad my Coupe was built in Bremen before the shift. Although im pretty sure the tariff implications don't affect Canadian shipments regardless. We make allies with other Countries and dont issue threats -------- OOPS! Cant say that :slap: |

Well it looks like someone got a little butt hurt from my joke :rolf: In reality - when talking the SIZE of Canada - we are actually larger than the entire United States of America combined. Now if you want to talk POPULATION - then yes - California does have more people than Canada. I guess its a tall order to assume someone from Indiana understands the difference :nix: - ZINGG! |
CA is best state. I would never leave for the Midwest. Work hard and play hard. We lead and carry small states, you are welcome.
