Carbon buildup/Po52E code/Crankcase vent issues/ catch can?

Has anyone had carbon buildup on intake valves or a check engine code with the crankcase vent / oil separator going bad? Considering adding an additional catch can to the system, just not sure where to install it as this system is already heavily plumbed. Not sure if it's needed, but I've been reading about people needing to get these components replaced pretty early in life.

If you're having buildup already (2019 and all) then you have a major issue. Usually all DI motors have this issue, but it takes at least a few years. The worst offender I ever had was an E90 BMW 335 that needed valve cleaning at 40k miles and about 3.5 years. Walnut blasting cleaned up it right up, but it is a service that requires specialized gear plus walnut shells for media. Catch cans will help, but not solve - the issue is the DI and no heat in the plenum.

No issues yet but trying to prevent it and figure out how to install a catch can. I have one on my other car and it’s done wonders , but that has an easier PCV system.
