Battery Voltage Swings with activation of Eco start/stop function

Battery Voltage Swings with activation of Eco start/stop function
So I just noticed this and wanted to know if it is a cause for concern. Normal driving my main battery Voltage is a steady 14.9-15V. When the Eco Start/Stop function activates however, I see voltage swings anywhere from 2-3volts below the normal driving voltage. Do I need a new battery or am I getting worked up over nothing and this is normal?

I see the same thing will traveling down the road at 70mph. With auto stop/start off it reads around 14v and when I switch it on it drops to 12.5v. This is even with a brand new battery, I found this interesting. I wouldn't have thought it would make a difference while moving. I can't remember if it was in Eco mode or not, this may make a difference.

Thought about this a little bit and realized that it should be occurring. When that Eco start stop is activated you're relieving a bunch of load off the battery, and when it starts back up I'm sure there is a bit of inrush current it has to contend with once all of the normal electrical systems are reenergized. Appreciate everyone's input.
