E63(Wagon) to GLC63 - What do you (not) miss?
for those of you who have migrated from the E, what do you miss from that platform that you wish you GLC had or what are the features of the GLC that sold you on jumping from the E.
There's a 15 E63 Wagon with 27k miles in my locality for about 70k. The E3 wagon has been a dream car of mine for which i settled with a 2006 Dodge Magnum SRT which I have owned for 10 years. I just love fast wagons.
Now that I am ready to get the GLC (really because I cannot afford the engine of the 2018 E63), I am still drawn to the E but the GLC is way better a bargain.

Not sure if coming to the US but how about an AMG E53? I like fast wagons also - I had a 2004 Dodge Magnum RT Hemi.

Rumors are a C-Class All-Terrain is coming, but I'm not sure if they would provide an AMG version of that.

yeah. I too would be all over the C63 wagon or E53 but Merces only loves waon lovers with 120k for the E63.
I basically want to make a C63 out of a GLC63 with ann agressive drop

Unlikely they will do a GLC53, since the C43 didn't get that upgrade. But since the GLC43 and GLC63 come with air suspension you can lower the suspension and get aftermarket parts to bring it down further like some on this forum. That would basically be a makeshift C63 wagon, and would be cool. If you do it, take pics.

I have to actually order my blue first.

2018 GLC 43 & 2014 SLK 350, gone 2016 E63 Wagon
Last November I moved from a 2016 E63 wagon to a 2018 GLC43. What do I miss in making the move? I believe that we were able to pack more 'stuff' into the wagon compared to the GLC (wagon is slightly longer) but we can still pack lots into the GLC. I also miss the Drive Dynamic Multicontour Driver's seat - not sure if this is available in the GLC63 but I really liked the comfort of that seat. Beyond missing the engine sound, I am completely satisfied with the GLC43 - I do love the engine in the GLC43 and I bought it with the sports exhaust. If MB brought the C43 or C63 wagon into Canada, I would certainly have a close look at it.
