Macan Turbo to GLC63

I just traded in my 15' Macan Turbo last weekend, with the only intention of test driving the beastly GLC63. Took it for a spin and I was sold after 15-20 min of driving!
They gave me a good deal on my trade in, sweet talked the wifey, and haggled the price with the sales department. Next thing you know I was signing paper works and drove away with the car! LOL!
I love my Macan Turbo but this GLC63 is a completely different animal, I love it!

Quick comparison*
Power: GLC63 hands down
Handling: Macan with PASM takes the cake
Tranny: PDK by far the quickest, but it has some quirky characteristic. Nonetheless, its been a solid performer for me!
The 9Gtronic is smooth and well matched for this engine, but not as quick as the PDK...
Looks: It's a toss up! I'm starting to fall in love to the GLC63 aggressive look and stance...

congratulations.

I love the looks of the Macan but I went with GLC for size and engine. One day I will eventually be able to afford the Panamera wagon.

I was thinking the Macan was getting a model change and was really excited at the possibility they would be competing with the GLC in size but i just found out it was a facelift. I was not following it closely.

I like the new tail lights but not significantly more than the old ones.

Funny how we all see things differently, I think the Macan looks awful and wouldn't consider one because of the looks.

I was too waiting for the redesign, but its just mid cycle refresh or a facelift. It's still riding on the old Audi Q5 platform, its just a matter of time when they switch with the MLB evo platform.
I think projected re-design will be around 2021? It was hard to let go of the Macan, because it does all the thing that I want(performance wise) Like you said GLC sold me for the size and beastly engine.
I'm for sure I will own another Porsche again. I love Porsche and MB(grew up owning a 280CE) way back when.

I learned to drive in a 1982 230E European import growing up. Eventually spent some time in a 190E and 220E Wagon.

My GLC is my first owned Mercedes as I was holding out until I could get an E63 wagon before this monster came along.

So, I still got my Vorsteiner wheels VFF107 from my Macan and I’m thinking running it on the GLC63... The few differences:
*Same bolt pattern and center hub bore size*
Vorsteiner specs
20x9 et 21
20x10.5 et 15

GLC63 20”
20x9.5 et?
20x10 et?

Reviving an old thread to see if these Vorsteiner wheels ever went on this GLC. Any updates?

Looks like a great fit and the look very nice too. What tires and sizes did you end up with on those wheels?

Edit - just able to zoom and see they are Michelin. Still curious about sizes.
