GLC 43 Official winter tires package weird fit
Hi guys,
I just installed the official tires/wheels package from MB (a25340116007X23).
I noticed that the rear tires are actually tucked in since all 4 wheels are the same in that package (all ET38). It looks very weird and I believe it's recommended to not have staggered wheels for winter, so reverse-staggered is even worst.
Has anybody else installed the official MB GLC 43 Coupe winter tires package? Do you have that problem too?
I wonder if I could fit any spacer to mitigate the issue.

MBWorld Fanatic!
I have the UK winter tyres/wheels package on my non coupe 43 and it is the same, spoke to AMG customer services and non staggered set up is recommended, leave as it is, you soon get used to it.

That's the thing, right now they are "reverse staggered". All wheels are not aligned, I took more measurement last night and the wheels at the back are 1cm more in than the front.
The front wheel hub is 1 cm more out than the rear wheel hub, so it looks like the rear "axle" is 2 centimeters shorter than the front "axle".
By using the same wheels with same ET front and rear, they are therefore not aligned.
I am going to buy 25mm H&R spacers so that the wheels are staggered and it looks more decent. No way it's staying like that.

Oh, I thought staggered just meant they were offset, thanks for the explanation.
It's not just a look though, I need 10mm spacers if I want the front and rear wheels aligned, but I'll go with 25mm so that it looks better.

Yeah I did my research before hand and didn't want the tucked look. Makes it look weird.
I went with a 20" winter set up and will post pic's once they go on end of week
20x8.5 in the front 30MM offset and 20x10 in the rear 26MM offset

I spoke with MB regarding the package for my 63 and they could not tell me the offset. I wound up buying aftermarket non-staggered wheels and mine were inset 8mm front and 16mm rear (different on 63). I bought 12 and 20mm spacers which make the position about 4mm wider than stock on each side. Received the spacers yesterday and I hope to get them installed today since we are starting to get snow and my 21s worn to wear bars are going top be treacherous in the snow.,
