I just noticed that beside the extra power and the active engine mount the rear diffuser (lower bumper) are different designs. The S has closed bottom with open vents where the regular version just has fins? Did anyone notice that or am I just a little slow?

Really makes no difference as that piece is separate from the rest if the lower bumper. I've ordered the top one but which has the hole for the toe hitch. $150 alone.
Tempted to spray it silver to match the chrome tail pipes.
For what it's worth there's a better S bumper with a chrome strip but that car onviously has the night package.
Mine is the below one but opted for chrome tail pipes.
