Lack of Leather on sides of Seats Cheap MB
Any one notice the feeling of cheap cloth close to the bottom sides of the seats where the Leather ends. I noticed it once while getting in and out of the car one day and now it really bothers me. I realize they have to use it for the seat covers but would it have killed Mercedes to add another couple inches of leather?

Lol yeah, I've noticed it too. Typically even if you have actual leather seats, often side/lower parts like that will be vinyl and on previous bmw/audi/vw that I've had over time these areas crack. Maybe that's why they went that route.

No big deal from my perspective. I suspect the sides are not leather anyway ... just the seat surfaces. I really do not notice it but I am sure it is a common approach used by most manufacturers..

That's the part of the seat that contacts the height adjust. The cheap way out would have been to wrap the entire seat in leather and ignore the contact.
