For the standard MB Tex / Dinamica seating, anyone know if the main seat material is MB Tex or Dinamica?

I'm pretty sure the main seat material is MB Tex (faux leather) and the accents or finish areas are Dinamica. Makes sense since Dinamica is a microfiber type material and wouldn't be too practical on full seating surface, IMO. The MB Tex is apparently a pretty great and long lasting material.

not happy about the price increase - MSRP went up by 2.5k. Granted, a few options I wanted on 19 are now standard (Android Auto, Ambient Lighting and LED taillights). I wish they would throw a parking assistance package as well as a standard.

True, 63 price increased by $2,950. Overall, I’d say it’s about parity given the increase in standard features. The $310 illuminated AMG door skills are no longer listed as an option so perhaps they are standard as well now.

I'm not sure about the door "skills", but yes, the "door sills" are now standard with the 64 Color Ambient Lighting.

Sounds like actual allocations are popping up at dealers. Build "requests" are in the system and looks like actual production is slated to start in October for the 2020's...a bit longer than in the past, but guess that's due to the mid-model update.

Looks like no heated steering wheel, which is disappointing. I hope that's an accidental omission and they still feature that for the 43's because that's one of my favorite features!

I don't think that's true anymore. The 2019 GLC 63 has a heated AMG wheel and they're not using the old round one on the facelifted models. That used to be the case but I doubt they would revert to the old wheel design just for a heated wheel when they now have heated AMG wheels and when AMG steering wheels are now standard configuration.

We'll need to see once the configurator comes up.

I thought I had seen the heated steering wheel option in a past version of the DOG, but you're correct that there is no indication of the heated steering wheel option on AMG vehicles.

Yeah they used to have it. I saw the 2019 GLC 63s have a heated wheel with the new style so I'm hoping they do the same for these 43s. I don't think they can use the old wheel for the facelift because it doesn't have the haptic feedback buttons that you need for the MBUX system.

Where do you see the heated steering wheel in new design? Is it the amg wheel. It would be great to see amg heated steering wheel, but I haven’t see it on any cars yet.

btw got an update from my dealer that wife's GLC43 configuration is going to be frozen and no changes will be allowed. And he said we are looking for delivery in the end of December or January. Do you guys know if they have built any yet? I cannot find any new info or reviews since July.

Trying to find out myself. The DOG on AMG Private Lounge is still from July. I also emailed a sponsor on the board to see if they had one, and an allocation, but haven't heard back.

I'll post a new/updated DOG once I get.

If memory serves me, MB starts the 2020 AMG builds this month, so I wouldn't expect anything until mid-late November at the earliest, unless they allowed dealers to order/build a bit sooner. Non-AMG's have already hit dealer lots.
