About a month ago my navigation system started to activate upon starting the car. I'm not sure how to stop it from doing that lol I'm sure this is a very easy fix but if anyone could give me a tip on how to stop it from turning on at car start I would appreciate it. Thank you

Thanks, just so I understand what you are saying, I should check to see if I have it on Trip theme and just switch it to a different theme and that may solve the problem? Next time I get into the car I'll check out which theme it's on. Appreciate your tip. !

That's just a possibility, but worth checking. After 3 years I'm still learning things about the car. Good luck!
It helps to read the owner's manual and understand the functions of your car. This is the commuter route feature that can be turned off in the settings. If it detects that you are on a commuter route based on your driving history it automatically starts route guidance.
