White shade on 360 view
However, after reset, the shade did not go away. The technician at the dealership claimed that the shade is normal for this car, which I don’t agree because there was no such shade before collision.
Does anyone know what is going on? Should I find another body shop to take a look?
There might be something obstructing the view of the camera either very close to the front of the vehicle or it could even be the vehicle itself. In this case, the camera would need to be physically re-aligned or positioned. This is even more probable if your GLE is white.
I know on my GLE, I can see the license plate bracket near the very bottom of the view because it extends a couple of inches past the bumper. This cause the 360 view to show a slight dark/black area near the bottom of the front camera view.

It's unlikely that that this is the cause, but it's what I would do if I were troubleshooting, before I went to the dealership.
And no, it’s not normal. The earlier suggestion to ask the dealer to bring another car to compare was spot on.
