New to me '20 GLE 350
We like what we found, I feel like it might be a fairly rare option combo. It's the AMG-line, black out (or midnight?), tan interior, pano roof, 4matic, 3rd row. That combo of features proved hard to find used in our price range. But we did it!

the GLE350 is lacking in the power/drivetrain refinement department, but the vehicle as a whole is great. Enjoy!

also, you can setup up an individual mode on that vehicle to your custom settings. I set mine to a more responsive steering, and little more punch. if you haven't already careful check you maintenance records. and purchase the best 91 octane fuel you can buy. Since this is a direct injection engine. look in the records to see if it's plugs have ever been changed or the head has been de- sooted on the valves (they can scope it on the intake manifold side) you want to do everything to make sure you have good longevity on the engine. it's an excellent vehicle. I agree with the other posters, don't go doing too much modification on the engine performance, its all there in setting already. Remember this is a heavy Vehicle on a 4lcyl + turbo engine. Comfort mode is default so I just switch to my individual setting once the engine is warmed up. And welcome to the Mercedes Banz Family.

The most I'd do is an exhaust/intake to help it breath and maybe sound a touch meaner.
I need to setup an individual mode...for the life of me I can't figure what sport mode does to the esp that would make a roof box unsafe 😂😂

1) Batteries are consumables, they all fail, it's just a matter of time. Any car component can be defective, there is nothing special about 48V system in this regard. As per MB reports, there are hundreds of thousands of v167 on the road, something to consider when evaluating the frequency of the failures reported.
2) "This makes the car start out in 2nd gear and greatly smoothes the jerky feeling of the auto stop/start "feature"" ~~ Is it easier to switch to ECO mode or just push the button right next to the "Start" one to disable Start/Stop? Anyway, the 48V system, for most people, make it all unnecessary as it's way smoother start/stop.
