I've been planning to buy a 2027 GLE-450 SUV and am surprised and disappointed at the MANUFAKTUR colors that are only available on the 580. My wife loves the Ireland Mid-green Metallic, so I guess MB is going to force me to buy the V8. Any opinions on whether or not the V8 is worth the extra cost?
Within the guide, it states "Optional E-ACTIVE BODY CONTROL for the GLE 580 4MATIC regulates each wheel individually and stabilizes the body in almost every driving situation." But I don't see it as an option.
They certainly scrambled the options. HUD and massage seats now separate options was part of the Pinnacle trim. ABC might be part of the Off-Road Package. Might actually be able to get power second row without requiring the third row, used to be only like that for the 63.

Looks like the Petrol color is a dark green. I'm surprised there is no metallic gray available. The Silicon gray is not metallic and looks like battleship gray.
I am biased on selenite grey as well and also like lunar blue (cavansite) but MB has been discontinuing this colour and that colour lately, trying a different palette of colours. Although lunar blue (cavansite) at least has a proper replacement that looks alike, replacing it was nautical blue.
The 500e release date is not specified yet. That's the one I want, and was hoping for this year. Was hoping for ABC like I have on my '20 450 on models other than the 580. Also, it doesn't say but I'm guessing the 500e comes with runflats?
Foolishness! I can't get heated rear seats, 4 Zone Climate, Nappa Leather, nor even the important Acoustic Comfort Pack on a GLE450??? AND also foolishness that you can't get Real Leather or Pinnacle on a 350.
