GLE350 RWD
Question GLE V167 engine sound

Hello Everyone! Does this engine sounds normal ?
Cylinder head already replaced

Took this car to multiple Dealerships states "Normal"

GLE 350 RWD 2021 gasoline.
Phase #1 Cold start
Phase #2 engine RPM regulate after the initial warmup
Phase #3 driving low rpm "ticking noise". what I am concerned about. Sounds like a diesel truck.
Attached a media.
Please notice the engine noise “Valve train” when low acceleration. This noise lasts about 10-15 mins.
Need your help to determine, Thank you all!
