Just got a call from my dealer, my GLE43 SUV arrives tonight and 48hours for PDI. hopefully I will take delivery this Friday. Fully loaded except the 21" wheels and side steps.

9 Speed Automatic is listed here for GLE 400 - http://www.mbusa.com/mercedes/vehicl...038&year1=2017
, although it still shares the same engine as the GLE 400. I guess it would have required a modification to the electric connections to the transmission.

I'm surprised that the 9G doesn't really move the needle much from the 7G. It looks like it shaved 0.1 second from the 0-60 time and added an extra 1 highway MPG. If this is the 9G that is in the Coupe, I seem to have seen that the 9G was not well reviewed -- hopefully they ironed out the kinks.
