Almost ready to order a GLE - what are past negotiation successes?

Pretty much settled on the below to order from factory:
GLE350 SUV
Designo Diamond White Metallic
Ginger Beige/Espresso Brown Leather
Heated and Ventilated Seats
Multicontour Front Seats w/Massage
3-Zone Climate Control
Heated Multifunction Steering Wheel
Heated Rear Seats
Brushed Aluminum Running Boards
Exterior Sport Package (that come with 20" AMG titanium Grey wheels)
Porcelain Headliner
Cabin-Air Purification System
Premium 3 Package
Harmon Kardon Logic 7 sound system
Burl Walnut

Dealer said I'd get $3000 off list just because I already have an old Mercedes. Is that a common dealer deal to not negotiate much past this? I know Mercedes MSRP is 7% above Invoice and this $3000 off is only 4% off list. What percentage off MSRP is often achieved lately from negotiating?
Thanks.

I would say depending on the area and region. At least shoot for invoice or 1-3% below it.

Thanks for that tip. I'm in Atlanta, Georgia ordering from the biggest selling dealership, RBM of Atlanta.

RBM North

They offered me $5500 off 17 GLE

I received 13 percent off the list price on a 2016 GLE in April 2016.
They used one of their "Friends and family discount codes" for me.

I priced them and ACC (along with some in NC as well). ACC was cheaper and then my local dealer, Carlton beat ACC by about $600. If I remember correctly, I got about 6.8% off sticker. If you need some names at any of those dealers I know a few that are very easy to work with

I know you are in Atlanta, but in So/Cal 10-12% is the starting offer. I was quoted through internet sale lady 10.75% off with no negotiation at all for this car at Penske Mercedes.
Cant hardly wait until May for my car to arrive. I've been without a car for two months and it feels like forever.
This a copy of their email to me..

yup, what everyone else says. there is another thread on prices if you do a search. also, timing is everything. end of month, quarter etc. when does MB spring event occur? the Winter event knocked an additional $1.5k off my already negotiated (which i was happy with) price. event started just before delivery of a custom built vehicle. good luck, ron
