Which SUV you prefer, and why?

Looking to get another SUV, I kinda like the GLE coupe, what do you guys think?

I know this forum must full of Mercedes lovers like myself, but I'm open to other options...that say, 1. Masarati Levante, 2. Porsche Macan/cayenne, 3. BMW X6, 4. Tesla Model X?

2022 GLS 450 SUV / 2020 BMW X5 X40I
I have also been in the market and looked at everything you mentioned plus the Audi Q7 and jaguar face. I test drive all of them and researched all of them. I wanted a sporty SUV without sacrificing the Utility because I actually use my SUV as an SUV. After narrowing it down it came to the Audi, X5, GLE. The Porsche was too expensive for the same thing, the jag and Maserati were too small and overpriced in my mind. Since my last two cars have been the X5 and have been a BMW person for the past 12 years I felt comfortable with the brand. However over the past couple years Bmw quality has gone down and it is not the same anymore. I leased a 2015 c300 for my wife when the new body came out and that car single handidly made me fall in love with Benz again. Growing up my parents always had Benz and still do to this day. The other thing about the new X5 is it looks like a minivan/wagon. It doesn't have that SUV look anymore which I miss. That brought it down to the GLE and q7. I loved the Audi and couldn't say anything bad about it. I would have been happy with either. The issue came that with the q7 I wanted a prestige model with air suspension and to get that car I had to order it and every dealer was asking for MSRP or maybe at most 1k off. I don't care how in demand a car is......no car is worth paying sticker or over sticker. So I landed with the Benz and ordered one back in January and pick it up this Friday from the dealer! I also got a great deal on it and honestly couldn't be happier. I hope this helps......

First of all, congrats on your new SUV!
I really like the look of the GLE, especially the Coupe version. As it kinda look like the bigger version of the CLS, which I really like. For Audi, I only like the TT and R8, but didn't bond with their SUVs. Used to drive BMWs, and I have to say their handling is the best for cars are in same price range.. But I too agree with you that the quality of their cars have gone down. Anyway, I'm leaning towards the GLE Coupe, but the Model X is fun to drive too. Maybe I should test drive the Levante before I make my decision. Thanks a lot for your helpful advice!

Value for the money?, Jeep GC SRT For performance, Jeep GC Summit Hemi for Daily Driver.

The GLE/ML Great car but overvalued by long shot. I actually think the GLE550e is the best gas choice for 2017 (Since diesel not avail) simply because of 7 speed/torgue combo

Tesla waaaaay overpriced,

2012 C63 AMG (Sold)
The new GLE Coupe is an amazing car! It's one of my favorite SUVs. A friend of mine has the 63 AMG. But even the lower models styling looks awesome! I think it without a doubt betters the X6 in similar styling. IMO! I actually like it much better the G class. And with a much cheaper price tag. Panda Panda Panda!

Yea, I got the ML350 few years ago when the GLE models haven't come out. Basically, most cars are overvalued. Once you drive it out the dealer's door, the price drop instantly lol
