What came with your vehicle?
The manual says it could be
On AMG models-A collapsible spare that,after mounting,requires inflating.
An emergency donut spare that should not be used on the front to avoid damage to the brakes.If you get a flat in the front,you're supposed to remove the back wheel,...mount it on the front....then put the donut on the back.
My AMG 43 though came with an emergency donut spare.

You are correct. I have the kit. Even if I did get a flat I would call MB roadside assistance and let them change it or do what they need to do.

I read somewhere that each 22" tire/wheel combo weighs 85 lbs! Changing a flat on this beast is certainly not a task for the timid.

No joke, I measured the tires on ours recently, and the 22 rears are 11.5" wide contact on the ground, and the fronts are 10.5" contact on the ground.
Those things are HUGE...
