How do I repair the paint?
 

Biff, look in the yellow pages for an authorized MB crash shop and watch out for the sheep herder I can do that work shops

That won't buff out.

That's what a MB body shop told me when I had a similar dent. They likely would recommend a repaint of the entire panel after the dent repair.

I never got an estimate. Ultimately, I traded in the car as it was.

I live in MA . I had similar damage to rear passenger side door. Estimate was $450. Mine was a ding with a paint chip in the middle. I took it to a paintless ding repair guy. He pulled the ding out and put some touchup paint for $100. I have to look very closely to be able to see it.
